A loyalty penalty super complaint has been initiated, which is being investigated by UK\u2019s competition regulators, the CMA.<\/p>\n

The CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) are looking into the issue. A super complaint is a complaint usually made by a consumer body where a large number of consumers may be affected by the same issue. The complaint aims to ensure that consumers are always getting a fair deal instead of being ripped off.<\/p>\n

The loyalty penalty super complaint relates to the mobile phone, broadband, savings accounts, mortgages and household insurance markets.<\/p>\n
